M CON 07/08 is a special modeling event organized by M WORKSHOP to spice up our local modeling environment. This event aims to promote scale modeling and at the same time allow modelers to exchange experience with fellow modelers. Furthermore, we hope that this event will help improve the standard of scale modeling in Singapore with our “open judging*” method.

Event Details
This current event will run from October 2007 till June 2008. There will be different categories in this contest. One or two categories will be held on one of the Sunday of each month unless otherwise stated. Judging will be done on the same day and results will be announced within the week. A mini-prize presentation will be held at the end of the whole event which will be completed in June 2008.

*Open Judging Method
There will no limit to the number of winners in every category. Winners are chosen according to their personal result. Entries are judged according to, Workmanship, Finishing, Presentation and in some categories, Creativity. In this contest, "every contestant is their own competitor". We hope to improve individual modeling skills through such judging methods.
