About

I, like other modellers, started building military models when I was a kid. I could not remember how young I was, but for sure I do remember my first model kit was a 1/72 scale “Mosquito” airplane from Airfix.

As years gone by, most of my time and attention was devoted to study, career development, skirt-chasing, started a new family and so on....at every stage of my life, the thought of building military models still gives me the thrill and fascination.

Then in 1983 when I was visiting a hobby shop, I purchased a guide book called “On Plastic Wings” by Verlinden Production and with it step-by-step guide, excellent techniques and wonderful presentations, I knew I must kick start again, I must build up my techniques up to that kind of standard and level. So I started to visit hobby shops often, met a few new seasonal modeller friends... and began to build up my military modelling techniques, know how and knowledges and from there onwards, that was a point of no return when I started modelling in aircraft, armour, figures painting, dioramas building and etc...

Well the rest is history.... I'm already in semi-retirement and the thrill of military modelling still bugs me.
